• Install a new fresh battery with a full charge, instead of an old or used battery, to ensure your clock's movement is fully powered.
  
  
  

• Check if the metal prongs in the battery case are touching both ends of the battery and carefully angle them outward if needed.

• If the hands are crossing or touching, adjust them by slightly bending them from the front or rotating them with the dial on the back.

• Make sure that the center pin that holds the hands together is firmly pushed in or screwed on, depending on the style.

• If the hands are still not moving after the above, please reference the hands replacement instructions included with all of our open face clocks.
