I did this alone and it only took about 15 mins including the correction above!The tower I must confess was much sturdier than I had expected and the cat bed area is a solid construction. The platform that only has one support pole is a bit wobbly if my cat goes mad but is ok otherwise. However my cat only weighs 2.5Kg and although I think this tree is fine for her, I suspect anything above 3.5Kg would make this one platform very much more unstable,
